• 1 booth space + 6’ table, skirted
• 1 lunch each day, break service, coffee and snacks
• Logo and Company Name included in Sponsor list in our event guide and website CME page

Exhibitor Setup: 3pm - 5pm Wednesday, November 10 or between 7:30am - 8:30am on November 11

Exhibitor Breakdown: After 3:15pm on November 12
