Invitation to Exhibit and Sponsor for the All-Alaska Medical Conference 2011
The Alaska Academy of Physician Assistants invites you to sponsor and exhibit at our All-Alaska Medical Conference 2011! To reserve your sponsorship and exhibit space, please complete the registration form at the bottom of this page. Please note that space is limited.
The Alaska Academy of Physician Assistants is pleased to announce that the 2011 All-Alaska Medical Conference will take place at the Sheraton Anchorage Hotel and Spa, Howard Rock Ballroom. This outstanding venue has recently completed a $20 million dollar renovation, offers more square footage, improved floor plan for breakout sessions, main presentation room and exhibit space, and a convenient downtown location.
A second major addition to the All-Alaska Medical Conference is the Monday, October 3 – Thursday, October 6, 2010 schedule. As a four day event, our attendees will receive an increase in CME credits to 25.
For exhibitors, the All-Alaska Medical Conference 2011 provides exposure and interaction with PA’s, nurse practitioners, physicians and other health care professionals from all regions of Alaska. Coffee and break services will be served in the exhibit hall, located in the entrance to the main room, and the addition of one day adds one additional luncheon and one additional break to the schedule.
Exhibit space includes:
- 1 booth space + 6’ table, skirted
- 1 lunch each day, break service coffee and snacks
- Logo and Company Name included in Sponsor list in our event guide and website CME page
- Optional $99.00 room rate if desired (please see hotel information page once it's posted)
Exhibitor setup is on Monday, October 3 from 6am-9am.
Exhibitor takedown is Thursday, October 6 after 3:30pm.
Booth space is limited.
Exhibit Cost: $900 per booth
Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
Parking Sponsor $800 (2 available): The Sheraton has three parking lots available to its guests and visitors for at a bulk rate of $10 per day per vehicle. Parking Sponsorship subsidizes the cost of parking to attendees by paying all or a portion of the fees, estimated at $1,600 over four days. Parking Sponsors would receive logo recognition in web and other all materials promoting the event, and on the actual parking pass, which may be ordered within our online registration process.
Luncheon Sponsor $1,500 (4 available): Luncheon sponsors will be recognized in announcements at the event, in all event materials and website.
Afternoon Break Sponsor $500 (4 available): Break sponsors will be recognized will be recognized in announcements at the event, in all event materials and website.
Evening Social $1,500 (1 available): Each year, the Alaska Academy of Physician Assistants hosts an evening social for conference exhibitors, conference attendees, and local PA students. It is a great way to network in a casual, informal environment. The evening social sponsor will be recognized in announcements at the event , in all event materials and on the event website.
Event Bags $1,500 (1 available): each year a bag is produced for attendees to keep their conference materials organized. The event bag sponsor would have an opportunity to place their logo on the bag. The event bag sponsor will also be recognized in all event materials and on the event website.
